It is a test performed in laboratory to assess the immunological response to certain type of food. This is made calculating the quantity of IgG levels (Immuno-Globulin G), which is specific to measure our food sensitivity. If we suppress certain food with high levels of IgG from our diet, we can achieve a reduction or elimination of the symptoms derived from an immunologic reaction.
