Active Principles of every ingredient:

APPLE: it is a good source of Vitamin C, good fructose levels, which is a natural sugar that regulates glucose in blood. Excellent for the constipation, diarrhea and skin inflammation.

PINEAPPLE: good source of Vitamin C too since it can provide the fourth part of the needed amount of this vitamin daily. It contains Bromelain, another enzyme which can break down proteins, it is anti-inflammatory and anti-thrombotic (it can dissolve clots). It can rarely produce allergies.

PAPAYA: a great source of beta-carotene (anticancer antioxidants) and Vitamin C (half papaya provides the vitamin C necessary for one day). It contains Papain, a painkiller enzyme and helps to assimilate proteins, so that it is recommendable to relieve the negative effects of a meat enriched diet. It has low amounts of calcium and iron.

How to prepare it:

Extract the juice from the apple. Squash all the ingredients mixed with apple juice. Then filter the mixture and drink it immediately.

Dosage and how many times to take it:

Take one glass of this juice after every meal, three times a week. A regular size apple (150 gr) contains 80 calories and it is an essential element in every slimming regime.
